The CT412 is a four channel counter with NAMUR sensor- / mechanical contact- / TTL-signal
inputs and a timer to capture the measurement period.
Each of the for input channels is capable to count the pulses on the respective input signal and to capture the input signal frequency.
Each channel comes with a bypassable digital lowpass filter. The cut-off frequency of the respective filter is
adjustable in the range from 2 Hz to 7.5 kHz, which allows the selective limitation of the input signal bandwidth. |

Three operating modes are provided, i.e. a measurement may be
stopped either manually or once the timer has reached a predetermined period of time or once the counter of channel 1 has reached a predetermined number of
pulses. The graphical display with a touch screen shows the measuring data and may be used to control the system.
A computer may be connected over the RS-232 interface to control the system and to monitor the measuring
data.
An external input signal may be used to gate the counters as well as the
timer.
A remote control with two push-buttons may be connected to start and stop a measurement.
