Overview

The digital stimulus isolator IS4 is designed for a wide variety of stimulus applications. It provides an opto-electrical isolation for a TTL-compatible digital input signal controlling the timing of preset current levels from 100 nA to 10 mA. The polarity of the output is reversible. An audible signal is generated for open loop and low battery warnings.

Internal power is provided by batteries. The battery voltage is 108 V typical, which guarantees an operation over a wide range of load resistance.

The IS4 is perfectly suited as stimulus isolator in conjunction with our programmable eight channel digital stimulus generator DSG831.
